• Never dispose of batteries withnormal residual waste: Rechargeable batteries and batteries must never be disposed of with normal residual waste. They contain harmful substances that should not be released into the environment.
• Return to distributors or collection points: Batteries containing harmful substances must be returned to a distributor or to take-back points set up specifically for this purpose by the public waste disposal authorities. This ensures environmentally friendly disposal.
