LUX-DUO thermal mat - Keep the heat inside

The LUX-DUO thermal mat is a tailor-made, two-part external insulation mat that has been specially developed for winter vacations. With its optimum thermal insulation, it helps to reduce heating costs and ensures a pleasant level of comfort in your vehicle. It consists of an upper and lower part, which are available separately and can be easily joined together.

High-quality insulation for the entire cab

The upper section of the thermal mat insulates the front and side windows, while the lower section covers the non-insulated engine compartment, wheel arches and footwell. This creates extensive external insulation for the entire cab. The integrated wind baffle protects against unpleasant draughts underneath the cab.

The outer surfaces of the thermal mat are made of weatherproof and robust PE fabric with a thickness of approx. 20 mm (the lower part approx. 10 mm). This insulation can withstand all weather conditions and ensures that the heat stays inside. The inner insulation is made of polyester and does not retain moisture, so that the mat can be rolled up or folded even in extremely cold temperatures.

Simple and flexible installation

Fitting the LUX-DUO thermal mat is extremely easy. The top section is simply attached by hooking the pockets into the slightly open doors and fastened with the rubber tensioners provided. The lower section has an integrated Velcro strip along the top that serves as a connecting element to the upper section. This means that both parts form a two-part thermal mat.

For even more comfort and privacy, the front of the window mat can be opened and fitted with a separate screen insert as a privacy screen from the outside. This means you can use the thermal mat all year round and protect your privacy.
