The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.



Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Bestellungen von 0 bis 10 kg = 4,90 €
- Bestellungen über 10,1 kg bis 20 kg = 4,90 €
- Bestellungen über 20,1 bis 31,5 kg = 4,90 €
- Bestellungen über 31,5 bis 40,0 kg = 4,90 €
- Bestellungen über 40 kg = 4,90 €

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Sperrgüter außerhalb der Maße von DHL und UPS werden per Spedition versendet – 4,90 €

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Innerhalb der EU:
- Bestellungen von 0 bis 10 kg = 16,90 €
- Bestellungen über 10,1 kg bis 20 kg = 19,90 €
- Bestellungen über 20,1 bis 31,5 kg = 29,90 €
- Bestellungen über 31,5 bis 40,0 kg = 39,90 €
- Bestellungen über 40 kg = 49,90 €

Außerhalb der EU:
- Bestellungen von 0 bis 10 kg = 19,90 €
- Bestellungen über 10,1 kg bis 20 kg = 29,90 €
- Bestellungen über 20,1 bis 31,5 kg = 39,90 €
- Bestellungen über 31,5 bis 40,0 kg = 59,90 €
- Bestellungen über 40 kg = 79,90 €

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Sperrgüter außerhalb der Maße von DHL und UPS werden per Spedition versendet – 39,90 € für innergemeinschaftliche Lieferungen und 129,90 € für Lieferungen außerhalb der EU

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Further details on payment

 

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and companies.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
