Payment methods and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

The delivery of the goods is carried out throughout Germany via DHL, or GLS (parcel delivery) and via the Geis-Group, or DB Schenker (forwarding delivery).

Shipping costs (including VAT):

DHL (parcel delivery):

up to 49,99 € order value = 6,95 € shipping costs
from 50,00 € order value = 0,00 € shipping costs

 

Geis-Group/DB Schenker (forwarding delivery):

for forwarding items we charge flat rate 59,95 €

 

Deliveries abroad:

Currently, we ship only throughout Germany. Other countries will follow in the coming months.

 

Delivery times:

DHL (parcels): As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the delivery of the commodity in the inland (Germany) takes place within 1-2 (24h - 48h) working days after order entrance before 12:00 o'clock.

Geis-Group/DB Schenker (forwarding agency): Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will take place within 2-5 (48h - 120h) working days after receipt of the order.

Please note that DHL and Spedition do not deliver on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in separate shipments.
