Compared to lead-acid batteries and other lithium batteries, the lithium iron phosphate batteries have significant advantages, including the improved discharge and charging efficiency, a longer life span and the ability to be discharged further while maintaining performance. 

LiFePO4 batteries are often more expensive, but also have significantly lower life span costs. The fact that they are maintenance-free and have extremely long life spans makes them a worthwhile investment and an intelligent long-term solution.

The RB100-D is equipped with the familiar base strip for attachment to the existing brackets in the vehicle and has the same height as a standard AGM or gel battery. Therefore, it almost always fits into the space underneath the seat.
