SOG optimizes camping toilets

The SOG toilet venting door variant is an innovative solution for odor-free and hygienic use of camping toilets without having to rely on sanitary additives.

How does it work?

The SOG toilet ventilation door variant works with a specially developed high-performance fan. This switches on automatically as soon as you open the toilet slide. The fan creates a vacuum in the waste-holding tank, which draws in fresh air and odors and directs them outside.

The "suction" at the slider opening prevents unpleasant foul gases from rising out of the tank and thus ensures odor-free use of the toilet. With each use, additional air (oxygen) is sucked into the cassette, which supports the decomposition process. The flush also adds water each time.

The SOG toilet ventilation system is available in the door version. The fan is mounted directly on the inside of the disposal flap and there is an attractive plastic housing with an activated carbon filter on the outside. This housing is available in white, light grey, dark grey and black and can even be painted in the color of the vehicle.

Important maintenance tips

To ensure optimum functionality, the replacement and activated charcoal filters of the SOG WC ventilation door variant should be changed regularly. We recommend doing this once a year.
