Caratec Audio Soundsystem

The Caratec Audio sound system is an active plug & play sound system specially designed for motorhomes. It consists of a compact amplifier with integrated DSP and a subwoofer. The amplifier optimizes the sound of the speakers in the vehicle and drives the powerful subwoofer. Thanks to the sound processor (DSP), the installation-related weaknesses in the high-frequency reproduction are also optimized. At the same time, the subwoofer ensures an extended low frequency reproduction and relieves the speakers of the low frequencies. The result is a much clearer, livelier sound image and a completely new, convincing sound experience that allows you to enjoy your favorite music in top quality even at low volumes.

Sound systems for Fiat Ducato
The Caratec Audio sound systems for Fiat Ducato are specially configured for this vehicle. The basic versions for the driver's cab (CAS200D / CAS201D / CAS207D / CAS215D) consist of a 4-channel amplifier with integrated DSP sound processor and a subwoofer. The extended versions for the driver's cab and living area (CAS204D / CAS208D) also include a 6-channel amplifier, a subwoofer and 2 compact speakers. These can be integrated very easily thanks to the 3 housing variants supplied for flush, surface and corner mounting. The CAS207D and CAS208D versions are specially designed for vehicles that already have the Caratec Audio CAK1650.DU speakers (item no. 72 749) installed or would like to install them. In the basic versions, any existing loudspeakers in the body are still controlled by the radio.

Sound systems for integrated motorhomes
The Caratec Audio sound systems for integrated motorhomes are specially designed to improve the sound in these vehicles. The basic versions (CAS202, CAS203) are equipped with a 4-channel amplifier and a subwoofer. They improve the sound in cabs with 10 cm loudspeaker systems in the dashboard (CAS202) or with 13 - 16 cm loudspeakers on the side of the footwell (CAS203). The extended versions (CAS205 / CAS206) have a 6-channel amplifier and also include 2 compact speakers for the living area. Thanks to the 3 enclosure variants supplied for flush, surface and corner mounting, these can be installed flexibly. Speakers that may already be installed in the body are still controlled by the radio in the basic versions.
