The tried and tested Safari Residence protective tent consists of 2 individual side walls and a front wall in a neutral color (RAL 9002). The side panels have mosquito nets integrated into their window foils, which can be fully opened. The front wall has integrated entrance doors on the right and left side (from a length of 3.5 m) and can be partially or fully rolled up. Thanks to the integrated piping rail, the front can be easily combined with a sun blocker. The side panels are firmly attached to the awning fabric using a clamping profile. The front and side walls are connected to each other by a double keder profile, which results in a strong and wind-resistant connection. Additional stability is provided by a diagonal support between the clamping profile and the pole profile. In order to perfectly seal the area between the side walls and the vehicle wall, the mast profile is height-adjustable and has a double rubber lip into which the piping of the side wall is inserted. The Thule Residence G3 is available in 6 different heights (see table) for vehicles with straight side walls.

Front wall design

The design of the front wall varies depending on the length of the awning, without compromising on brightness and comfort. Wider and narrower front sections are combined. All front sections, including the large panoramic windows, can be rolled up completely. The narrower front sections serve as an entrance door.
