Residence G3 front section - The improved protective tent for your camping adventure

The Safari Residence tent enters its third generation with its new design and offers you even more protection and comfort during your camping trip. It consists of 2 individual side walls and a front wall in a neutral color (RAL 9002) that blends in perfectly with the surroundings. The side walls are equipped with window films that are fitted with mosquito nets and can be fully opened.

Flexible entrance and easy to combine

The front section of the Residence G3 tent has entrance doors on both the right and left side. From a length of 3.5 m, you can roll up the entrance doors partially or completely for a flexible design. For additional protection from the sun and prying eyes, the front section can be conveniently combined with a sun blocker by attaching it to the integrated fastening rail.

Robust connection and perfect sealing

The side panels are securely connected to the awning fabric using a clamping profile. The front and sides are connected by a double keder profile, which ensures a strong and wind-resistant connection. A height-adjustable pole profile is used to achieve a perfect seal. This mast profile is fitted with a double rubber lip into which the piping of the side wall is inserted. This seals the area against the vehicle wall.

The Residence G3 tent is given additional stability by a diagonal support between the clamping profile and the pole profile. This allows it to withstand strong winds and gives you a secure feeling in any weather.

Wide range of sizes and customization

The Thule Residence G3 tent is available in 6 different heights to perfectly cover vehicles with straight side walls. Depending on the installation height, you can choose between different sizes:

• Height S: 2.15 - 2.29 m
• Height M: 2.30 - 2.44 m
• Height L: 2.45 - 2.59 m
• Height XL: 2.60 - 2.74 m
• Height XXL: 2.75 - 2.89 m
• Height 3XL: 2.90 - 3.10 m

If your awning is mounted close above the vehicle door, you can order special side panels for combination with a higher front with a lower roof pitch as a special order. Please note that a delivery time of approx. 4 - 6 weeks is to be expected for special orders.

The front wall design varies depending on the awning length and ensures that there is no compromise on brightness and comfort. Wide and narrower front sections are combined to ensure the optimum usage area. All front sections, including the large panoramic windows, can be fully rolled up, giving you maximum flexibility.
