Pair of Residence G3 side panels for TO 9200

The tried-and-tested Safari Residence protective tent for the TO 9200 awning offers you the ideal additional protection for your camping adventure. It consists of 2 individual side walls and a front wall in a neutral color (RAL 9002) that blends in perfectly with any surroundings. The side walls are equipped with windows that are fitted with mosquito nets so that you can let fresh air in while keeping annoying insects out. The window films can be opened completely so that you can enjoy the view outside undisturbed.

The front wall of the shelter tent has an entrance door on both the right and left side (from a length of 3.5 m). You can either partially or fully roll up the front wall to open the entrance and have easy access to the awning. The integrated fastening rail allows you to combine it with a sun blocker or other accessories to protect you from the sun's rays and prying eyes.

The Safari Residence protective tent is easy and safe to install. The side walls are firmly attached to the awning fabric using a clamping profile. The front and sides are connected by a double piping profile, which ensures a strong and windproof connection. To achieve a perfect sealing area between the protective tent and the vehicle wall, the protective tent is equipped with a height-adjustable mast profile. The pole profile has a double rubber lip into which the piping of the side wall is inserted. A diagonal support between the clamping profile and the pole profile provides additional stability.

The Thule Residence G3 is available in 6 different heights (see table). You can choose the right height for your vehicle to ensure optimal fit and functionality. If you have a 5003, 5200 and 8000 awning mounted close above the vehicle door, you can get special side panels in heights M and L as a special order. These side panels are suitable for combination with a higher front with a lower roof pitch. Please note that special orders have a longer delivery time of approx. 4 - 6 weeks.

When the Safari Residence protective tent is delivered, you will also receive 2 practical panniers and a trolley skirt. The panniers make it easy to store and transport the tent, while the caravan skirt keeps your campsite tidy and clean.

Front wall design

The front wall of the Safari Residence protective tent is designed depending on the length of the awning. The design varies and combines wide and narrower front sections to find the right balance between brightness and comfort. All front sections, including the large panoramic windows, can be fully rolled up to offer maximum flexibility. The narrow front sections serve as entrance doors to give you easy access to the awning.
