The tried and tested Safari Residence protective tent consists of two individual side walls and a front wall in a neutral color (RAL 9002). The side walls are equipped with window films that are fitted with mosquito nets and can be opened completely. The front wall has an integrated entrance door on both the right and left (at a length of 3.5 m) and can be partially or fully rolled up. Thanks to the integrated fastening rail, the front can be easily combined with a sun blocker. The side panels are firmly attached to the awning fabric by means of a clamping profile. A strong, wind-resistant connection is created by the double piping profile that joins the front and side walls together. To ensure that the area between the side wall and the vehicle wall is perfectly sealed, the mast profile into which the side wall piping is inserted is height-adjustable and fitted with a double rubber lip. A diagonal support between the clamping profile and the mast profile provides additional stability. The Thule Residence G3 is available in 6 different heights for vehicles with straight side walls. For vehicles with the 5003, 5200 and 8000 awnings mounted close above the vehicle door, there are special side walls in heights M and L that can be combined with a higher front and a lower roof pitch.

Front wall design
